📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.  

Shipping Rate  
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99  for all U.S. orders.  An additional $1 is added for each extra item in your order.
Free shipping on orders over $100  (Standard shipping only). the total shipping cost will be refunded manually after your purchase is completed 
If you choose Express (2-day) shipping at checkout, it will not be eligible for free shipping, even if your order exceeds $100.

Shipping Time  
Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 3–7 business days via USPS.  

Shipping Area  
Currently shipping within the United States only.  

Important  
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.  
- Korállia Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.  
- Contact the shipping carrier if any issue arises with delivery.

🔁 Return Policy

Eligibility  
Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.  
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygienic liners intact.

Non-Returnable Items  
- Final Sale items  
- Worn, washed, or altered swimwear  
- Items missing tags or hygiene liners

Additional Notes  
- Korállia Swimwear reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, if applicable.
